Palliative Care
We offer a variety of services for those with a terminal illness including the visiting volunteer program, equipment loans, and coordination of services with other community organizations. Referrals to our palliative care program can be made to anyone including health care professionals, family members, friends, and even by the client themselves.
Caregiver Support
It takes strength and energy to care for a loved one who has been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness. You don’t have to do it alone. We offer caregiver support and resources.
Bereavement Support
We offer both one-on-one and group support for adults who have recently experienced a death. Referrals to our bereavement support program can be made to anyone including health care professionals, family members, friends, and even by the client themselves.
For Children and Teens
We offer mobile bereavement boxes full of resources for children which are made available to partners in our community including elementary schools.
